Halloween Bash

The Town of Lincoln will be hosting a Halloween Bash on 11/1 from 5pm-11pm.  There will be a costume contest for Best Overall , Most Creative, Best Group and Best Couple.  Tickets are $10 per person or $15 per couple.  This event is 21+.
