Public Works

The Town of Lincoln’s Public Works department keeps our town running! In the summer, you’ll see Public Works working on our capital road repaving projects and capital ditch maintenance & establishment projects as well as maintaining culverts, storm drains, and road signs. In the winter, Public Works clears snow and ice from 64 miles of local roads and five municipal parking lots, repairs defects and potholes in paved roadways, and removes fallen trees and other debris left by winter storms. If you have any questions about Lincoln’s Public Works, contact Dennis Bullen at dennis.bullen@lincolnmaine.org or 207-794-6658.

The Lincoln Water District and Lincoln Sanitary District are not managed by the Town. Each is its own separate entity.

Questions for the Water District can be directed to Jeff Day at jeff.day@lincolnwaterdistrict.org or 207-794-2921.

Questions for the Lincoln Sanitary District can be directed to Scott Hesseltine at scott@lincolnsanitary.org or 207-794-8244.
