The Town of Lincoln is seeking an individual interested in assisting the current Certified Maine Assessor with all functions of the position of primary Tax Assessor. The goal of this position would be to eventually move the Deputy into the position of primary Assessor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the discovery, identification, listing, analysis, valuation and possible exemption of all real estate and personal property within the municipality for the purpose of property taxation.
