ELECTRONIC FILING AVAILABLE for taxpayers with low-and middle-income, with special attention to those age 60 and older. (Sponsored by AARP)

 

        

 

What:          Electronic Filing Available 

When:            Mondays 1 pm – 3 pm  February 4th to April 14th  (Except February 18th )

Where:           Ballard Hill Community Center

What you need to bring:

 

1.  Please bring last year’s tax return

·         2. Current year’s tax forms and preparation booklet

·         3. Copy of last year’s income tax return(s)

·         4. W-2 forms from each employer

·         5. Unemployment compensation statement

·         6. SSA-1099 forms (1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc.) showing interest and/or dividends and documentation  showing original purchase price of sold assets

·         7. 1099-misc. showing any miscellaneous income

·         8. 1099-R form if you received a pension or annuity

·         9. All forms indicating federal income tax paid

·         10. Dependent care provider information (name, employer ID, Social Security number)

·         11. All receipts or canceled checks if itemizing deductions

·         12. Social Security cards or other official documentation for yourself and all dependents
